Notes
Wells was born at Duntroon and served in Korea with 3RAR. He was an officer in the Royal Australian Armoured Corps when he served in Vietnam with Headquarters, 1st Australian Task Force from 19 January 1967 to 15 January 1968. He was awarded the Order of the British Empire - Member (Military) for his work as Deputy Assistant Adjutant General in Vietnam.
