The ACT Memorial has been commissioned as an inclusive memorial, honouring men and women with an association with the ACT who served in defence, police and allied forces conflicts, peacekeeping operations and humanitarian aid missions in which Australia has been officially involved.

Stage 1 of the Memorial database, which has been active since the Memorial's official dedication on 10 August 2006, has been the identification of servicemen and servicewomen from the ACT who lost their lives while serving in conflicts, peacekeeping operations and humanitarian missions. As you search through the existing records you may consider that a relative or person you know, not currently listed in the database, should be included. Whilst every effort has been made to research and identify records of people eligible for inclusion in the ACT Memorial, if you have more information to contribute please contact us.

If you wish to nominate someone for inclusion in the ACT Memorial, please complete the online form below, providing as much detail and relevant information as possible.

All personal information you provide (i.e. your address, contact details, etc) will remain confidential. This information is required so that we can easily contact you if we need to clarify certain facts or information.
