Notes
Trowbridge was a World War 1 veteran who served at Gallipoli with the 7th Battalion, where he was wounded, and later with the 2nd Field Ambulance. He arrived in Canberra in 1928 and worked with the Public Service Board until retiring in 1954. He died on 17 November 1962 at Canberra community Hospital and is buried in the ex-service's portion of Woden Cemetery. His son Harry served in the RAAF.
