Notes

McDonald was born at Uriarra though the family later moved to Queensland. He did not serve overseas. McDonald died in Queensland in 1968.

Description - height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 140 pounds, chest 34-37 inches, fair complexion, blue eyes, flaxen hair, Presbyterian, had a scar on his right cheek, and a scar on the calf of his left leg.
