Notes
Andrew entered the Royal Military College, Duntroon on 9 March 1913 and graduated on 28 June 1915. He embarked with the 12th Battalion in February 1916 and arrived in France in June 1916 after which he transferred to the 3rd Brigade Headquarters as acting Staff Captain. He served in World War 2 in Headquarters 1 Corps but died on 28 April 1941 from a coronary occlusion at hospital in Alexandria in Egypt. He was buried in grave N158 at Chatby Military and War Memorial Cemetery in Alexandria, Egypt.
Description - height 5 feet 11¾ inches, weight 162 pounds, chest 33-36½ inches, fair complexion, blue eyes, fair hair, Church of England.
